Floor Plan Assessment
The corporate office interiors are briefly assessed for compliance, space efficiency, and the overall suitability of the premises. This can include calculation of the optimal occupational density and notes about potential concerns related to circulation and services in the subject property.
Interior Test Fits
TESTFITS provide the client with test fit layouts in form of black and white or colour coded 2D plans. The plans contain generic furniture, annotation and information such as measurements of the area in scope, list of the proposed new spaces, and other notes as needed. They are exported in jpg, pdf, dwg or Revit format.
Design Options
If requested, multiple design options can be drawn to show potential scenarios.

They can include modifications of certain selected areas for variety of reasons such as change of use, modernisation, increase of efficiency or flexibility for possible future expansion.
Options of the entire floor plan can also be designed to find the best locations for requested spaces, or, for example, to compare the space utilisation with two workstation types or sizes.
3D Axonometric Views
When the goal is to impress the client or to communicate the intended layout to wider audience, TESTFITS can provide the floor layouts in 3D axonometrical views. Entire floor plan or selected spaces can be exported.
Metrics
After receiving the existing floor plans, TESTFITS can measure the net internal area in scope and identify potential strengths and weeknesses based on the floor shape and amenities, followed by calculations of sqm per work point and average occupancy per space type ratios.
